Wedding Flowers by Season

With an abundance of wedding flowers to choose from in almost every shape and size, how is a bride supposed to choose?  By choosing flowers in season a couple can save on their final floral bill because the in-season flowers are readily available. One tip, though, before you order your flowers make sure you have booked your ceremony and reception locations (how many centerpieces and other arrangements are needed) as well as know the number of corsages and boutonnières needed and the colors for bridesmaids dresses (to coordinate rather than clash).

Silk Plants/Trees:
If you’re looking to add some “life” without spending too much money, try silk plants and trees as an alternative. Silk trees can be placed throughout the space and you can even add strings of lights for a romantic glow. Silk flowers can be used as centerpieces or as accent pieces. To save some money ask your family and friends if they have any of these silk creations for you to borrow on the big day.
